Titratable Total Acidity Auto Mini-Titrator
Mi456 is a user-friendly microprocessor based mini-titrator for the determination of the titratable total acidity in the process of wine making. This mini-titrator gives you direct reading in g/L of tartaric acid, with a range of 0.0 to 25.0 g/L. The instrument comes with a pre-programmed analysis method for titratable total acidity measurement on wine sample. Also called TA and sometimes called total acidity, titratable acidity is the sum of the fixed and volatile acids present in a wine. The mini-titrator comes complete with all probes and reagents necessary to get started. Included with each unit is a detailed CD operators manual with imbedded video providing the user with easy to follow set up and operational instructions.
