WS 316 Epoxy Colour Water Sampler WS 316 Epoxy ColourWS 316 Epoxy Colour water sampler is a compact class sampler with X-Y distribution to varying sample recieving containers kept at optimum temperature conditions of +4oC maintained by a 230V CFC-free compressor refrigerator (refrigerant R 134a) with an ambiant temperature of -25 to +420C.Sampling is by vacuum dosing directly into the sample containers, the sample size ranges from 20 to 200ml with multiple dosing also possible into colletion bottles varying in volume from 1 to 60 litres. The 230V vacuum pump is capable of -0.8 to1bar, lifting water up to 7.5 meters with a capacity of 14.5 litres/min through a 12mm diameter PVC hose. Distribution of sample with an X-Y controller directly into sample containers through a 15mm diameter hose. The microprocessor controller is a 4 button tactile back lit keypad & LCD display including real time, 5 year battery backup & overload protection. The menu driven software has 9 programmes running, modifyable preset programmes and logging of any errors or events. Data may be downloaded via RS232 or optional RS485. WaterSam samplers are produced in stainless steel quality 1.4301 (AISI 304), optionally in 1.4571 (AISI 316 Ti). If a sampler is situated in a very aggressive ambient atmosphere an additional protection might be necessary. WaterSam offers a special epoxy based powder coating for these cases. You can choose among several colors. Devices with this coating can be installed on sites such as garbage incinerating plants. |
